Bulk eCards
Write one card and add your list. Each client, customer or colleague gets their own, at their own email, with their name on it. Free for up to 25 people per send.
Pick a design, choose "Send it to a list", and write one message. Use {first_name} to greet each person by name.
Upload a spreadsheet or paste it in: name and email, plus an optional timezone. Up to 25 people per send, checked row by row before anything is saved.
Each person gets their own card at their own email, with their name on the front and your message inside. It arrives at 9am in their timezone.
A holiday or thank-you card from your company, each client greeted by name.
Appreciation day, the end of a big project, a new starter cohort: one card, a copy for each person.
The people who made your year easier, thanked properly rather than in a newsletter.
Name and email are required. Timezone is optional; blank uses yours. A message column is optional too: it replaces your message for that one person.

Everything below, on every list send. No card details to start.
Nothing to make and send, for up to 25 people per send. If the card goes to clients and you want your logo, colours, typeface and company name on it, branding is $19 and covers every card you make for a year. It's optional.
The words can be the same, but what arrives is different: a designed card with the person’s name on the front, sealed until their morning, that opens like a card rather than a newsletter. You can also give anyone on the list their own message.
Because a card to a list should still feel like a card. It also keeps sending gentle: each send goes out one to two minutes apart, and you can make two list sends a day.
We check the list before saving it and flag addresses that look wrong or have bounced before. If several cards on a list fail to deliver, we pause the rest and tell you, so you can fix the list before anything else goes out.
Yes. Every card sent to a list has a link to stop cards from you, and it works from Gmail’s and Outlook’s own unsubscribe button too. It only stops your cards, not anyone else’s.
Not here: this is for one send to a list. If you want a card for every birthday and work anniversary on your team, signed by everyone, that’s what TeamRally itself does.
