About TeamRally Cards

I believe it's the little things that matter most at work. A genuine thank-you at the right moment. A card the whole team actually signed, not just the five people who were near the desk. Small acts of real appreciation do more for morale and team spirit than any number of team-building events or line items in a budget.

I've been lucky to work at some great companies, and in every one of them the people in HR were the unsung heroes. They were the ones who noticed it was someone's tenth year, who sent the card round, who booked the leaving drinks, and who made sure everyone felt looked after, usually on top of a full job. Often it wasn't even HR: an office manager, a team lead, whoever cared enough to do it.

TeamRally Cards is for those people. I built it to make their work a little easier, and the moment a little better for whoever opens the card.

What it does

  • Group cards the whole team signs. Invite up to 100 people by email or share a link. Nobody needs an account to sign, and the card arrives on the day you choose.
  • Invitations with RSVPs for the leaving drinks, the retirement party or the team dinner, free for up to 100 guests.
  • One card to a list, when you want to thank up to 25 people, each with their own copy.

It's free, with no ads on the card or anywhere else. It's how people get to know TeamRally, which remembers every birthday and work anniversary for a whole team.

How we run it

  • Small and independent. TeamRally is built in Hamburg, Germany, by a founder who answers the email.
  • Careful with what you share. Hosted in Germany, no data sold, no tracking cookies. The details are on the GDPR page.
  • Built in the open. Ideas and bugs go on the feedback board, and the roadmap and changelog show what's next and what's shipped.
