5 eCardWidget Alternatives in 2026 (Compared by List Size and Price)
eCardWidget alternatives for sending branded eCards to clients, customers and staff: five tools compared on price, list size and personalisation, with figures checked October 2026.
eCardWidget is good at what it’s built for: branded eCards at volume. Embeddable card widgets for your own site, donation and paid-card options for nonprofits, analytics, staff birthday automation, and plans that send thousands of cards a month. If that’s your job, it’s a strong choice.
People look for an alternative for one of three reasons. The list is small and a monthly plan is more than the job needs. The send happens once a year, and a subscription sits idle for the other eleven months. Or what they actually want is a card that feels personal to each person, not a branded campaign.
What eCardWidget costs, checked 4 October 2026. Billed annually: Free $0 (up to 10 eCards a month, 4 designs), Starter $39 a month (up to 200 a month, unlimited designs, analytics), Premium $69 a month (up to 2,000, tracking of sender and recipient addresses, bulk updates) and Enterprise $99 a month (up to 4,000, SSO, directory sync, full white-label, gift cards). A per-seat staff-recognition plan starts at $120 a month for teams of 50 or more. Monthly billing costs more. Every recipient counts as an eCard sent, and the sharing form switches off at the monthly limit until the next month or an upgrade.
A disclosure: TeamRally Cards is ours, and it’s first in this list. Competitor figures come from each vendor’s own pricing page on the date shown. We haven’t run every tool end to end, and we say where a figure wasn’t visible.

1. TeamRally Cards: free for small lists
Send one card to a list: make a card, write one message, and upload a list of up to 25 people. Each person gets their own copy at their own email, with their name on the front and the message inside, at 9am in their own timezone, a minute or two apart. {first_name} fills in the greeting, and any row can carry its own message instead. Every email lets the recipient stop cards from you, including through Gmail’s and Outlook’s own unsubscribe button. You see who it went to and who opened it.
Pricing. Free. Your logo, colours, typeface and company name on the card are optional, at $19 for the year.
Honest weaknesses. 25 people per send and two sends a day, so it’s not a replacement for eCardWidget at volume. No embeddable widget, no donations or paid cards, no automation, no analytics beyond sent and opened. It sends a card, nothing else.
Pick it if your list is small: a holiday card to a company’s clients, a thank-you to partners, an appreciation card to your own team.
2. ekarda: pay per recipient
ekarda is the closest like-for-like: corporate eCards with branding, recipient fields and open tracking. The difference is the pricing model. Instead of a monthly plan, you buy credits: one per recipient (two for interactive cards), from $25 for 10 and $80 for 100 to $310 for 1,000 and $1,050 for 10,000, valid for 12 months. Two senders are included and more can be bought. There’s a free trial.
Pick it if you send once or twice a year to a large list.
3. GreetPool: group cards, with bulk
GreetPool is a group-card tool: a card many people sign for one person. It sells single cards at €4.99 and packs from €27 for six to €149 for fifty, and offers some designs free. Its Team plans add bulk creation from a spreadsheet and sending the same card to multiple recipients; the subscription prices weren’t shown on its pricing page when we checked.
Pick it if you want a separate card per person, signed by colleagues.
4. GroupGreeting: the per-card classic
GroupGreeting has no free plan: €5.99 a card, or packs from €54 for ten to €399 for a hundred. Its logo, extra users, multiple recipients per card and bulk creation start at the 25-card pack, €119.
Pick it if you already use it for staff cards and want to reuse it for a client send.
5. Kudoboard: boards, with Enterprise bulk
Kudoboard’s group boards are the most feature-rich in the category: photos, video, GIFs and slideshows. Single boards cost $6.99–$19.99, and Business is $299 a year for up to 50 employees. Creating many boards at once from a spreadsheet is kept for Enterprise.
Pick it if you’re an Enterprise customer already and want boards rather than cards.
