6 RSVPify Alternatives for Personal Events (2026, Prices Checked)

RSVPify is free for 100 guests, then $10–$15 a month. Six alternatives that charge once per event or stay free for small parties, compared honestly. Prices checked 3 October 2026.

RSVPify is a capable RSVP platform, and its free tier is generous: 100 guests per event. People usually look elsewhere for one of two reasons. Either the list has grown past 100, and the next step is a monthly plan for what is really a one-off party, or they want something lighter and more designed for a birthday, a shower or a dinner.

Here are six alternatives, with what each one is actually good at.

Prices and limits below were read from each vendor’s own pages on 3 October 2026. They change, so check before you commit.

What RSVPify costs

Platinum$15/month or $108/year50031,000

If you host one big party a year, a monthly plan you have to remember to cancel is the main thing to avoid. Every alternative below charges once per event, or stays free.

1. TeamRally Invitations

Our own, so weigh this accordingly.

Free for up to 100 guests, without ads: a designed invitation, invites sent by email, a share link, RSVPs with plus-ones, dietary and accessibility questions, add-to-calendar and a live guest list. An invitation holds up to 100 guests.

Covers come from our illustrated library, including designs drawn for baby showers, weddings, housewarmings, graduations, retirements and memorials, and the same account makes group cards when you want everyone to sign something too.

Not here: seating charts, payment collection, wedding websites. If you need those, RSVPify or invyt.app will suit you better.

2. Evite

The most generous free list anywhere: up to 750 guests, with ads and gift suggestions. Premium removes them and is priced per event by guest count: $17.99 (12 guests), $36.99 (30), $68.99 (75), $99.99 (750).

Choose it for a large list when ads are fine. Watch the guest-count bands: a 40-person party is $68.99.

3. RSVP.link

A link, a form and a QR code. Free for 15 responses, $15 once for up to 1,000, with a cover image and custom event links.

Choose it for the lightest setup. Watch the limit counts replies, not invitations: once it is reached, later replies stop being recorded.

4. RSVPlinks

Plenty of design options and small per-event prices: free for 20 RSVPs (up to 5 events), then $7 for 75 RSVPs up to $39 for 1,000. Email invitations, reminders, custom questions, waitlists and export are on paid events.

Choose it for a mid-sized event where $7 or $15 settles it.

5. invyt.app

Built around weddings: plus-ones and children, dietary summaries for the caterer, up to two sub-events free. Free for 25 guests, €12 per event for unlimited guests and a custom cover.

Choose it for a wedding on a budget; it is the cheapest unlimited option here.

6. invyt.io

A different company with the same name. The first 30 RSVPs are free, including custom questions and QR check-in; then A$24.99 once (A$17.49 in the first 24 hours) for unlimited responses, with add-ons like photo galleries sold separately.

Choose it if checking guests in at the door matters.

How to choose

  • Up to 100 guests and you want it to feel like a real invitation: TeamRally, free with no ads (invyt.app is free to 25).

  • Hundreds of guests on no budget: Evite free, with ads.
  • One event, over the free limit: pick a one-off price (RSVP.link $15, RSVPlinks from $7, invyt.app €12) over a monthly plan.
