What the numbers don’t show
- What the free limit counts. Some count guests on your list, some count replies. A reply limit can stop recording responses after invitations are out. More here.
- What guests must give. Partiful asks for a phone number; most others ask for nothing.
- Monthly vs once. A monthly plan for a one-off party needs remembering to cancel.
- What’s free. Email invitations, dietary questions and reminders are free on some tools and paid on others.
