6 Partiful Alternatives (2026), Including Ones That Don't Need a Phone Number

Partiful is free and ad-free, but guests RSVP with a phone number and it's built around text. Six alternatives, including email-first ones where guests give nothing at all. Checked 3 October 2026.

Partiful is a genuinely good product: free, no ads, and great for a party where everyone lives in the group chat. It’s also built around phones. Guests RSVP with their name and phone number, and the host stays in touch by text blast. That’s ideal for some events and wrong for others: a work event, a wedding with older relatives, or guests who’d rather not hand over a number. Here are six alternatives, and when each makes more sense.

Details read from each vendor’s own pages, help centres or the App Store on 3 October 2026.

What Partiful is good at

  • Free, no ads. Optional in-app purchases (Partiful Plus $4.99, add-ons $4.95) for extras.
  • Share-link first: post it anywhere; you don’t need guests’ contact details to invite them.
  • Text blasts and automatic text reminders, using guests’ phone numbers.
  • Photo albums and a social feel.

The trade-off: guests log in with a phone number to reply, even when invited by email.

1. TeamRally Invitations

Our own. Built for email-first invitations: each guest gets their own invitation link by email and replies with no account and no phone number. There’s also a share link and QR code for the group chat, where guests give a name and an email so they can change their reply later. Free for up to 100 guests, no ads, with plus-ones, dietary and accessibility questions, add-to-calendar and a live guest list.

Choose it for a work event, a wedding or a baby shower with relatives who’d rather use email. Not here: text blasts, photo albums, ticketing.
