Start from a drawn cover in your own colours, or one of these illustrated designs.

How it works

  1. 1

    Make the invitation

Pick a cover, add the date, the place and anything guests should know.

  2. 2

    Send it your way

Email each guest their own invitation, or share one link in the group chat. There’s a QR code too.

  3. 3

    Watch the replies

Going, maybe or can’t, with plus-ones and dietary needs, in one live guest list.

What to write

  • Together with their families, Leila and Tom invite you to celebrate their wedding. Saturday 6 June 2027, 3pm, at Hollins Hall. Please reply by 1 May.
  • We’re engaged! Join us for drinks to celebrate on Friday 20 November from 7pm at The Lantern. Plus-ones welcome.
  • Leila & Tom are tying the knot, and we’d love you there. Ceremony at 2pm, dinner and dancing to follow. Let us know about any dietary needs when you reply.
  • An intimate wedding lunch for Ana and Raj. Sunday at 1pm, at home. Just us and the people we love most.

Be clear about plus-ones

Decide before you send: named partners only, a plus-one for everyone, or none. The invitation can allow or limit plus-ones per guest.

Set the reply date early

Caterers and venues usually need final numbers two to four weeks before. Set the reply date before that.

Ask about food once, properly

Collect dietary and accessibility needs with the reply, so the caterer gets one accurate list.

Questions

Can I use this for a big wedding?
An invitation holds up to 100 guests, free. There’s no seating chart or wedding website, so for a large formal wedding a dedicated wedding tool may suit you better.
Can I ask for meal choices?
Dietary and accessibility needs are on every invitation, asked with consent. There isn’t a separate meal-choice question.
Is there a wedding website or seating chart?
No. This is the invitation and the guest list. If you need a full wedding website or seating plans, a dedicated wedding tool will suit you better.
