Free online birthday party invitations with RSVP
Pick a design, add the date and place, and send it by email or drop the link in the group chat. Guests reply in a tap, bring a plus-one if you allow it, and tell you what they can’t eat. You see the headcount as it happens.

How it works
- 1
Make the invitation
Pick a cover, add the date, the place and anything guests should know.
- 2
Send it your way
Email each guest their own invitation, or share one link in the group chat. There’s a QR code too.
- 3
Watch the replies
Going, maybe or can’t, with plus-ones and dietary needs, in one live guest list.
What to write
- Come celebrate Maya’s 40th! Saturday 14 November, 7pm, at The Green Room. Drinks, food and far too much cake. Please reply by 7 November.
- You’re invited to Leo’s 6th birthday party! Sunday at 2pm in Victoria Park, by the playground. Let us know if you can make it, and about any allergies.
- Shh, it’s a surprise! Join us for Sam’s birthday dinner on Friday at 8pm. Please arrive by 7:45 and don’t tell Sam.
- Drinks for my birthday on Thursday from 6pm at the Fox & Anchor. Come for one or stay for five. Reply so I know how big a table to book.
Put the RSVP date in the first message
A date a week before the party gives you time to book the table or order the food. Without one, replies arrive the night before.
Say what to expect
Dinner or nibbles? Kids welcome? Dress code? One line saves you twenty questions in the group chat.
Ask about food once
A dietary question on the invitation means you hear about the nut allergy now, not at the table.

Questions
- Is it free to send a birthday party invitation?
- Yes, for up to 100 guests: the invitation page, email invites, a share link, replies with plus-ones, dietary questions and the live guest list.
- Do my guests need an account to RSVP?
- No. They open the invitation from their email or the link, tap going, maybe or can’t, and that’s it. They can change their reply later from the same link.
- Can I send the invitation by WhatsApp or text?
- Yes. Turn on the share link and paste it wherever your guests are, or show the QR code. You can let anyone with the link reply, or approve each person yourself.
- Can I keep a surprise party secret?
- Yes. The invitation only goes to the people you invite or share the link with. Just don’t invite the birthday person.
