Dinner party & get-together designs

Start from a drawn cover in your own colours, or one of these illustrated designs.

How it works

  1. 1

    Make the invitation

Pick a cover, add the date, the place and anything guests should know.

  2. 2

    Send it your way

Email each guest their own invitation, or share one link in the group chat. There’s a QR code too.

  3. 3

    Watch the replies

Going, maybe or can’t, with plus-ones and dietary needs, in one live guest list.

What to write

  • Supper at ours on Saturday at 7:30. Nothing fancy, just good food. Let me know about any dietary needs.
  • Barbecue in the garden, Sunday from 2pm. Bring a chair and whatever you’d like to drink.
  • Games night! Friday at 8pm. Pizza provided, competitive spirit required.
  • Potluck picnic in Victoria Park, Saturday at noon. Bring a dish to share; reply with what you’re bringing.

Ask about food up front

A dietary question on the invitation means you can plan one menu that works for everyone.

Say how big it is

“Six of us for dinner” and “come along, the more the merrier” set very different expectations.

For a potluck, coordinate

Add a who’s-bringing-what list and guests pick a dish when they reply, so you don’t end up with four salads. It’s free.

Questions

Is a dinner party invitation free?
Yes, for up to 100 guests, including dietary questions and plus-ones.
Can I ask guests what dish they’re bringing?
Yes. Add a who’s-bringing-what list (a salad, dessert, drinks) and guests pick something when they reply; they see how many have taken each, not who. Dietary needs are on every invitation too.
Can I send it to a group chat?
Yes. Turn on the share link and paste it in.
