Team offsite designs

Start from a drawn cover in your own colours, or one of these illustrated designs.

How it works

  1. 1

    Make the invitation

Pick a cover, add the date, the place and anything guests should know.

  2. 2

    Send it your way

Email each guest their own invitation, or share one link in the group chat. There’s a QR code too.

  3. 3

    Watch the replies

Going, maybe or can’t, with plus-ones and dietary needs, in one live guest list.

What to write

  • Save your seat: our Q1 offsite is in Lisbon, 14–16 March. Please reply by 1 February and tell us about dietary or accessibility needs.
  • Team dinner to celebrate the launch! Thursday at 7pm at Lucia’s. Reply so we can book the table.
  • Summer social on Friday from 4pm in the park. Families welcome.
  • Planning day on Wednesday, 10am–4pm, in the big meeting room. Lunch provided; let us know your dietary needs.

Give the reply date a reason

“Please reply by 1 February so we can book flights” gets faster answers than a bare date.

Ask about access, not just food

Accessibility needs belong on the invitation, asked with consent, so the venue can plan.

For a multi-day offsite

If you need sessions, an itinerary and sign-ups, the full TeamRally app is built for offsites.
